This season also boasted an increase in designers from out of town and Europe, including British designer Julia Chase of SW3UK, who said she “usually shops Europe but has found that LA TEXTILE has what she is looking for.”

Among the new and returning European resources lauded at the Show were AB Creations, Bel Maille, Cafissi, Darquer, DG Textiles, Elliot Berman Textiles, Fox Fabrics, Friday Fabrics Ltd., HOH, Intesa C. All in all this show has been very successful.”

Additionally, Nicolas Brun from France's AB Creations said “Yesterday was very busy, and today has been excellent, beyond my expectations. We have seen a lot of new buyers and out-of-towners which we really love.”

The Lenzing Innovation Pavilion also returned this season with a successful turnout among their network of Lenzing affiliated exhibitors, including Pat Tabassi of premier mill Design Knit who reported that “this Show has been extremely busy from the beginning, which is a hopeful and nice sign of the direction this industry is going. We met a lot of new clients.”
