KBC installs sizing equipment at Vardhman Fabrics

KB Corporation has once again successfully installed two sets of KBC make sizing equipments at one of the leading textile industry groups in India - Vardhman Fabrics at its plant in Budhni - Madhya Pradesh.

The sizing equipments consist of a size pressure cooker, size storage vessel, size transfer pump & automations.

The size pressure cooker has a pressurized insulated stainless steel shell suitably lagged with glass wool & covered with stainless steel sheet.

The size storage vessel consists of insulated stainless steel shell suitably lagged with glass wool and covered with stainless steel sheet.

They both are provided with a stainless steel agitator run by a dual speed motor & reduction gear box for stirring and a direct & indirect heating stainless steel coil is provided to maintain viscosity of the size.
