The Revival, a one-of-a-kind vintage marketplace offering unique wares and creative workshops, will be held June 30 – July 1, 2012 at the Goat Farm Arts Center in Atlanta. More than 60 national vendors, designers and experts from across the southeast will join attendees for a weekend of shopping, creative workshops, vintage inspired food and fun.

Vendors attending The Revival will be offering a variety of antiques and collectibles including antique furniture, vintage clothing, mid-century furniture, vintage and antique jewelry, folk art, recycled art, recycled furniture and vintage inspired food.

All vendors have 90 percent true vintage inventory, or pieces made from vintage parts at least 20 years or older. Additionally, vendors will be highlighting repurposed items as well as original art and handcrafted jewelry that is vintage in nature.

Current vendors include Sew Knot Serious, DiBona Designs, Cat's Carpetbags, Vintage House Dressing and Little Bird Blue, amongst others.

In addition its range of vendors, The Revival is holding several free seminars from experts on topics such as "Choosing Art for Your Home," "Styling Your Event or Wedding With Vintage Inspiration," and "How to Recycle Your Old Clothing into A Trendy New Pieces for Your Wardrobe" to name a few.

"When the idea for The Revival first came about, I wanted to create a community-like atmosphere for buyers and sellers to come together, shop and share their love of vintage," said Weatherly Copenhaver, founder of The Revival and owner of Decatur, Ga.-based gallery, Wild Oats and Billy Goats.

"Vintage is more than a style; it's a way to repurpose items so they may find a new or different use. I believe the market will appeal to anyone from the crafty do-it-yourselfer, to a soon-to-be-bride or a budding fashonista, and look forward to sharing all The Revival has to offer with the people of Atlanta."
