XTIO2 Active-Shield Fabric has reached the world’s highest antibacterial efficacy rate of 100%, proven by the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company SGS, based on the standardized AATCC100 test by the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists.

XTIO2 is the only company in the world whose TiO2-nanocoating technology has received 100% effective anti-germ results on coated materials from SGS against dangerous E.coli and MRSA (S.aureus) bacteria. Tests were commissioned by Cleancoating LLC (Philadelphia).

The world-exclusive XTIO2 Fabric coating (99% ultra-pure water, 1% TiO2 nanoparticles) is:

  • 100% antigerm
  • 100% GREEN (zero-VOCs)
  • Safe
  • Non-toxic (RoHS compliance)
  • Sustainable
  • Self-cleaning with superior anti-odor functions
  • ISPBC certified

Because of its vast benefits, affordability and commercially ready production method, XTIO2 Fabric coating can be applied to various types of fabrics and garments such as sportswear, uniforms, linens, curtains, carpets, facemasks, underwear and scrubs/medical gowns with long-lasting and sustainable anti-germ properties.

XTIO2 Fabrics can be refreshed in direct sunlight or visible light indoors which reduces the need for washing, saving money and time.

These features add extra value for hospitals, senior centers/retirement homes, hotels, cruise ships, military, public transportation, schools, sports, and fashion industries.

Super-charged by UV light, the XTIO2 nanoparticles release negative ions in the air, destroying germs, decomposing VOCs (volatile organic compounds), reducing dust build up and purifying air from allergens.

XTIO2 Active-Shield Fabric is certified by International Self-Powered Building Council (ISPBC) as a GREEN Building Technology.

CLEANCOATING LLC is a Philadelphia-based company extending XTI-Nanocoating services to homes, offices, green buildings, healthcare facilities, malls, hotels, schools, sport facilities, cruise ships, public transportation, agriculture and food industries.
