Thai Tex Trend to focus on 2013 global fashion trends

Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) is organizing “Thai Tex Trend” to make the country’s textile and garment producers aware of global trends in the fashion and apparel industry.
The DITP said it organized the event, also called T3, last year too, and several designers and entrepreneurs have shown interest to participate in this year’s event.
Besides educating Thai entrepreneurs on textile and clothing fashion, the event will also help Thai textile industry to better promote their products in the global markets.
At this year’s T3 event, an expert in fashion designing and marketing from Italy would speak on “Summer & Spring 2013 Fashion Trends”.
The event is expected to apprise Thai designers and textile and apparel entrepreneurs to learn about the international market demand and trend directions, which will enable them to develop their products accordingly.
