Marc Thee, founder of Marc-Michaels Interior Design, ranked in 2012 by Interior Design Magazine as the #1 residential design firm in the United States, has launched a new collection of home furnishings available exclusively at Altogether Home. This collection draws upon Thee’s 25 years of experience designing luxury residences and boutique hotel projects, reflecting his ability to help others recognize the true potential of the spaces in which they live. Based on the principle that great design should express personal passions, each item has been designed to mix and match within a wide variety of interior design styles.

The initial Marc Thee Home Collection launch spans from organically-inspired bedding, headboards, vanities and more, which represent a stylish simplicity everyone can enjoy. Additional collections and products are expected to be added to Marc Thee Home Collection in Spring 2013.

Constructed in Calcinaia, Italy, Marc Thee Home Collection vanities feature a wide range of exclusive designs, including: bowl sinks, vessel sinks, and set top sinks. Each is tailored to define any bathroom with the precepts of stylish interior design, captured with a unique finesse.

From the classic, menswear-inspired Taylor Banded Duvet and Bedding Collection to the sensuous and sophisticated Embroided Strands Duvet and Bedding Collection, Marc Thee Home Collection bedding is the luxury benchmark in design, comfort and value. The bedding catalog features high thread counts and colorfast fabrics. Each stylish duvet, blanket, and bedding accessory is crafted from deluxe material to ensure long lasting comfort.

The Marc Thee Home Collection headboards and bed frames serve as the perfect complement to the bedding line. Also constructed in Italy, each piece features unique craftsmanship and artisan design. The headboards are made with cushioned hardwood framing and stain-resistant fabric. All items are tailored to provide a striking touch of interior design to any space.

Throughout his career, Marc Thee’s work has emphasized his philosophy that a well-designed room must be elegant, stylish and comfortable; capturing a distinctive quality that he refers to as “barefoot elegance.” His philosophy is simple: well-designed rooms are always comfortable and good design doesn’t always have to be expensive. Thee strongly believes that a key principle to good design lies in the eye of the beholder and his collection demonstrates how a few small changes can lead to big results.

Marc Thee is now the first guest curator and a product designer for Altogether Home, a home furnishings and accessories retailer that helps people design with style and confidence. This interactive, online destination takes the guesswork out of creating a beautifully-coordinated room by providing world-class interior design inspiration, approachable and individualized design advice, and beautiful, high-quality home furnishings at real-world prices.

Altogether Home offers the perfect platform for Marc Thee to share his experience with anyone seeking innovative and creative ways to improve his or her home. He is passionate about sharing his secrets of affordable solutions that will make your home "live for you."
