The company Grünig-Interscreen AG – the specialist for manufacturing the perfect printing screen – will once again fly its flag during the FESPA 2013 exhibition. Thanks to all the possibilities it provides for the graphical, technical and textile sectors, screen printing stands out against the other printing methods and offers its user many opportunities to distinguish himself from the competition.

The motto is: BE DIFFERENT – PRINT DIFFERENT.

In screen printing, too, the present trend focuses on quality, no matter if we are talking about decorative or functional printing. However, this also means that in most cases the problem is not related to the actual printing technique, but the difficulties start at a much earlier level. And with increasing frequency it turns out that a perfect screen not only solves quite a number of problems but also gives you the decisive edge over your competitors.

Here is a summary of the most important competitive advantages of an optimal screen preparation:

- Highest possible reproducibility
- Optimum printing quality
- Increased printing output
- Short delivery times
- Reduced manufacturing costs
- Reduction of waste
- Less retouching work
- Excellent process control
- Work process with optimized sequences
- No waste water problem
- No safety problem

We are looking forward to present to an interested expert public some of the machines from the wide range of Grünig equipment designed for the sectors WASHING, STRETCHING and COATING

WASHING

In the field G-WASH SYSTEM, on the basis of our STAND-ALONE or IN-LINE equipment, we demonstrate the possibilities of automating processes such as screen cleaning, development, de-greasing or water conditioning.

A particularly interesting novelty is doubtlessly the modular machine concept G-WASH 170 XS. With regard to the machine size as well as the integrated processes, this new series has been developed in compliance with the customer’s wishes and can thus be perfectly adapted to their individual requirements. In line with the topic Screen Cleaning, we are going to exhibit the G-WASH 034 machine and present solutions for cleaning and conditioning liquids such as water, chemicals and solvents.

STRETCHING

From our extensive range of stretching equipment, we shall exhibit the revised automatic stretching machine G-STRETCH 215A. The particular features to be highlighted consist on one hand in the automatic frame pre-stressing, which considerably reduces the loss of tension, and on the other hand in the telescopic size adjustment. It is no secret that reproducible stretching results are of growing importance.

COATING

For reasons of quality, coating without an automatic coating machine is utterly unthinkable in this day and age. Grünig exhibits the extremely flexible automatic coating machine G-COAT 415 designed for various screen sizes. All the coating machines are equipped with the unique and patented coating troughs G-COAT 401, whose particular feature is the fact that they come with four different radii and with a cover protecting the emulsion against dust and light.
