At this event, Textile Engineer (Msc.) Erman Coskun from Erbel (Rieter's representative in Turkey) made a comprehensive presentation about "Rieter Compact Spinning" illustrated with video film and answered the technical and technological questions of participants.
The handing-over ceremony was attended by the Deputy Rector of the Kahramanmaras Sütçü Imam University, Prof. Dr. Sinan Bas, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Prof.Dr. Kemal Kiymik, Head of the Textile Engineering Department, Dr. Yasemin Korkmaz, Deputy Head of Department Assoc. Prof.Dr. Onur Balci and numerous professors, students and representatives from industry as well as Rieter customers and the local press.
With this donation, Rieter is making a substantial contribution to a practice-relevant training of youngsters in the textile branch. Well-founded theoretical and practical tuition will optimally prepare students for a future in management positions in spinning plants.
