With a history dating back to 1849, Wumag Texroll a German manufacturer of Rolls, Cylinders and allied equipment for the textile industry, is exhibiting its products at ITMA ASIA in hall E6 booth no. D16.

Within the rolls and cylinders segment, Wumag offers –

Guide rolls and guide roll tubes:
Wumag Texroll guide rolls are used with great success for fabric transport in textile finishing, in nonwoven machines as well as in the plastics industry. The tubes made of stainless steel sheet metal are manufactured on unique tooling machines which guarantee a reproducible high quality. A special calibration process enables particularly lightweight roll designs with the lowest possible radial run-out.

Wumag Texroll guide roll tubes do not have to be further machined for the manufacture of guide rolls meet the requirements of a finished guide roll in terms of surface quality and true running. Under wet conditions the waterproof welded construction with stainless steel shafts and side plates is essential.

Drying cylinders / Cooling cylinders:
With a monthly production capacity of more than 250 cylinders, Wumag Texroll is the leading manufacturer of thin-walled steam or thermo-oil-heated drying cylinders and cooling cylinders with water circulation. These cylinders are used in sizing machines, nonwoven production ranges as well as in textile and technical fabric finishing ranges.

Especially developed manufacturing processes and more than 50 years of experience in the production of thin-walled cylinders ensure products of highest quality. The cylinders are characterised by particularly low radial run-out and perfect welding workmanship. The thin-walled steam or thermo-oil-heated drying cylinders are designed and constructed as pressure vessels in conformance with the rules applicable in the respective recipient country.

Double shell rolls:
Wumag Texroll double shell rolls have demonstrated their efficiency in production machines of diverse industries such as plastics, textile, rubber, chemical, printing, wood and paper industry. The product range includes rolls with a diameter of up to 3400 mm, a roll length of up to 14100 mm and a maximum individual weight of 22 t. Highly efficient cooling or heating rolls represent the core of the production program. The roll design is adapted and optimised to meet specific customer requirements.
