AGM Jactex showcases weaving accessories at ITMA ASIA

Switzerland based AGM Jactex, a manufacturer of accessories for the Jacquard weaving industry as well as for the weaving industry in general will be exhibiting its products at ITMA ASIA beginning from June 16 at Hall E/1 booth no. E/07.

Among its various products for the Jacquard are –

Harness Cords:

Its braided harness cords are manufactured exclusively of high-tenacity Polyester. They are antistatic, abrasion resistant and thermo fixed. All harness cords are supplied with or without inner core and with or without carbon. Its pulley cords receive a special finishing treatment for a continuous and long lasting work on narrow pulley wheels. It also has special cords for warping machines.

Knife Cords:

These have applications in carpet and velvet double fabrics. They are available in diameters of 3-4-5-6-8 mm, etc in various colours and come with very strong finishing. They are available in both greased and non-greased varieties.

Comber boards:

They can be used in for all types of Jacquard machines and all kinds of fabrics. They come with a special nano-treatment for considerably less friction and extra hard varnishing for an improved surface protection.

Guiding boards:

These can be used in various makes of Jacquard machines such as Stäubli, Bonas, Grosse, etc. and are available in Vulcan fibre or Dellrin.

Vulcan fibre sheets:

AGM Jactex manufactures and supplies Vulcan fibre sheets in all required dimensions and thicknesses with a maximum length of 2,500mm.

Jacquard papers:

AGM Jactex is the biggest manufacturer of endless Jacquard papers of all widths and all kinds.

Pulley cords:

AGM Jactex manufactures all types of pulley cords for various types of Jacquard machines. It also produces plastic covered pulley cords for high-speed weaving looms.

Shrinking sleeves with conical ends:

AGM Jactex produces shrink sleeves with conical end. This avoids a mutual obstruction on high density harnesses.

Harness pull-down springs and Lycra elastics:

The harness springs are equipped with Jacquard healds/heddles and PVC-tubes, are preset on bars. Anti-vibration harness springs are available with or without inner nylon core. It also supplies spun-covered Lycra elastics on cones.
