Hermetically sealed harness springs:

The installation is already made on the initial harness; does not require extra energy costs for cleaning, does not need extra installation, is applicable on all types of fibres and sporadic cleaning of the lower hooks depending on the individual conditions.

Lubrijac harness sprays:

Its Lubrijac harness sprays diminish the friction between the harness cords and the comber boards and guiding boards respectively. This consequently increases the longevity of the harnesses. Even on older harnesses with partial cord breakages, the friction will be diminished to a degree that one can work for up to further 6 months.

Blowclean – pneumatic harness cleaner:

It moves pneumatically along the entire width of the harness. Has a stand with 3 blowing nozzles of which 50% is pneumatic air and 50% air is of the environment, has a central control device for 8 and 16 units, and offers excellent results with cotton fabrics, air pressure: min. 6 bars constant pressure and air consumption is ca. 450 liters/min with a speed of ca. 6m/min. Advantages are higher productivity, less machine stops, no supervision by weaving manager necessary and quick write-off.

Products for weaving machines are roller coverings which are available in white, synthetic rubber, granulated, oil resistant in all widths and various thicknesses. Dobby foils are also available in all widths.

For the embroidery segment, it produces high quality punch cards which are 280g/m2, 0.25mm thick, yellow colour, are wear resistant and water repelling and punch friendly.
