Inkcups opens technical support office in Guatemala

Inkcups Now opens new office in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The office is a Technical Support and Direct Sales Division of the company, focusing on assisting apparel companies switch from heat transfer to tagless printing on their products. The warehouse/office is centrally located in Guatemala and serves all neighboring countries in Central America. 
 
The new workspace, at 600 square feet, represents a large expansion from the old with more office and warehouse space. The warehouse now holds a much larger inventory of all Inkcups Now’s most popular products including equipment and supplies, resulting in faster turnaround time and lower shipping cost for all orders. A new addition to the Guatemala office is a brand new demo room used to showcase Inkcups Now’s machines and train customers. 
 
Johann Arango, Central American Sales/Application specialist, has over ten years of experience in the textile industry, manages the office. Olga Sanchez is the Guatemala office manager.
 
About Inkcups Now Corporation
Inkcups Now (ICN) is the one-stop supplier for decorators of 3-dimensional products and garment tag labels. ICN offers a complete line of pad printing, screen printing, and inkjet printing equipment and supplies. In addition, ICN also offers computer-to-plate YAG and CO2 laser engravers & plate makers as well as flatbed inkjet printers. ICN supplies companies in the promotional product, electronics, medical, automotive, and garment tag printing marketplace as well as other industries. 
 
In addition to supplies and machines, ICN provides a range of services: training, plate making, laser engraving, color matching and mixing, ink adhesion testing. Through J3 Global Finance, a closely held subsidiary, Inkcups Now facilitates leasing of the full line of ICN equipment. Corporate offices are located in the US (MA, NY, GA, IA, AZ, CA), Canada (ON), Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Asia. Technical support is offered in English and Spanish.
