UBE Corporation Europe, S.A. (UCE), a holding company that oversees the UBE Group's operations in Europe, coordinates manufacturing and sales of chemicals in Europe and South America from offices in Castellon, Spain on the Mediterranean Coast. The UCE Group, which includes UCE and four UBE Group companies in Europe and South America, encompasses some 400 employees with sales offices in Dusseldorf, Germany and Sao Paulo, Brazil in addition to Spain.

The UCE Group is involved in ongoing job creation and community infrastructure development. In 2008, a Corporate Social Responsibility Department was established within UCE to spearhead various initiatives including for environmental conservation. Ongoing programs include sponsorship of local sports clubs, donations to non-governmental organizations, relationships with high schools and universities, and diverse volunteer initiatives by employees.
