Fibre2fashion, the world’s largest B2B platform for the global textile, apparel and fashion industry, is all set to launch its ‘Special Feature on Denim’ soon.

Worldwide, denim is known for its fit, ease and durability. Owing to is use in everyday wear and high-fashion apparel, denim has today become an important compulsive fabric in the world. The wide usage of denim—from skirts and trousers to jackets and dungarees, as well as in multiple-style statements—has made it a universal fabric.

“Denim is in constant evolution and new innovations continue to influence the future of the industry,” says Miguel Sanchez, Head of Global Product Line Special Dyes, Textile Specialties Business, at Archroma—one of the participants in the ‘Special Feature on Denim’.

Talking about the future of denim, Cheryl Claiborne, Sr. Merchandise Manager at Wrangler, says, “Denim will always be key to wardrobes, five years from now and beyond. Denim is the constant with style and fit elements being the variables over time.”

The ‘Special Feature on Denim’ is an attempt by fibre2fashion to nurture the essence of denim—the most trendy and popular fabric that has crept into hangers of almost every household.

The feature focuses on the importance of denim in the textile value chain, and it includes current market trends, latest innovations and future growth of the global denim market, along with a highlight on leading companies of the denim fraternity. Many well-known denim and denim wear manufacturing companies are participating in the special feature showcasing their exclusive products, technology, innovation and other strengths.

Through online as well as print medium, the Special Feature on Denim aims to provide maximum visibility and exposures to the participating companies. Fibre2fashion.com has come out with this Special Feature after tasting the success of its two similar events—Machinery Compedium and Nonwoven Compedium.

From humble beginnings in the year 2000, fibre2fashion.com has risen in popularity and the website today commands 12 million page views per month by about 1.9 million global visitors from around 190 countries.

Now in its third year, fibre2fashion magazine has circulation among carefully chosen target audience globally, and it reaches the desk of top management and decision makers in the textile, apparel and fashion industry.

Over the last decade, fibre2fashion.com has emerged as the most significant and interactive platform for various stakeholders in the textile, garment and fashion industry, including buyers, sellers, small and medium enterprises, large companies, leading global fashion houses, emerging brands, machinery makers, technologists, designers, employees, employers, etc. (RKS)
