Thies Textilmaschinen, leading producers of high quality textile machineries, is set to display its latest collection of technical textile machineries at Techtextil fair taking place from May 4 to 7, 2015.

The machines on display are expected to process a wide variety of yarns, fibres, nonwovens, and fabrics suitable for various technical textile applications.

The textile machinery on display include the newly developed dyeing machine, iCone, that treats yarns, fibres, flakes, cables, ropes, and belts. iCone is also useful for the treatment of threads, the dyeing, and bleaching of yarns for the production of solar sails, tents, awnings, and the finishing of hard-retardant yarns.

Another product on display includes the Thies HT-Jigger which is used for dyeing fabrics, nonwovens, or space fabrics. It is recommended for the treatment of crease sensitive, permeable and non-permeable fabrics; to offer optimum flexibility for finishing of all modern fibres, according to a press release.

The iMaster H20 dyeing machine would also be on display at the German expo, which is useful for applications where water consumption is an important consideration, together with other possible energy savings including steam, electricity plus chemicals, and dyestuffs. The notable process times of the iMaster H2O dyeing machines facilitate higher production capacities.

Other products that would be highlighted at the exhibition include Thies multi product supply-system which is useful for dyeing machines chemicals, dyestuffs, and textile auxiliaries and Theis’ heat recovery systems which is used to gain out of hot industrial waste water.

The Thies team of technical textiles dyeing specialists will be on hand throughout the exhibition to offer in-depth expertise and guidance. (GK)
