Asian MEG prices up on June 8 from strong demand

MEG prices went up in Asia on Monday (June 8) from higher upstream product prices and strong downstream demand in the region.
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 980/ton on Monday, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices at end of last week.
In China, prices were spotted at US$ 975/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices seen at towards end of the previous week.
