Li & Fung MD to make keynote speech at PSF

The organisers of Prime Source Forum (PSF) 2008 have announced that Dr. William Fung, Group Managing Director of the Li & Fung Limited, will give the Keynote Address at the Opening of the 2008 edition of this annual meeting of leaders of the apparel industry and their suppliers from all over the world.

Additionally, Rufus Yerxa, Deputy Director General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), will update the expected 400 participants on the latest trade situation from the perspective of the WTO.

Prime Source Forum will consist of 8-9 sessions, each with its own moderator and panelists representing all sectors of the apparel industry, who will give their views on the many complex challenges and opportunities facing this global industry in the year ahead.

Panelists, moderators and senior executives, all specialists in their own fields, will then engage in open debate with the delegates.

PSF has become the meeting place for the leaders of the global apparel industry, offering senior executives from all over the world the chance to meet and discuss with their peers, as well as a platform where competitors may speak freely to each other with the understanding that many major issues can be resolved only through mutual understanding and common solutions.
