Mr. Gregson resigns from Pegas Nonwovens

PEGAS NONWOVENS SA hereby announces that on January 4, 2008 it received the official resignation letter from Mr. Henry Gregson from the office of the Board member of PEGAS NONWOVENS SA. The resignation is effective from December 12, 2007.
Mr. Gregson served as a Board member of PEGAS NONWOVENS SA from November 2006 and as a representative of the previous majority shareholder Pamplona contributed to the successful IPO in December 2006 and to the performance of the Company over the last 2 years.
The Company is now in the final procedural stages of naming a replacement interim non - executive member of the Board of Directors; this will be subject to authorization as the Company's AGM in June 2008.
PEGAS NONWOVENS SA is a holding company based in Luxembourg with operating companies based in Znojmo and Bucovice, Czech Republic. PEGAS NONWOVENS is a manufacturer of polypropylene / polyethylene nonwoven textiles for the hygiene, industrial, construction, agricultural, medical and other specialized sectors.
