Raymond Ltd, India's leading textile & apparel major and the largest worsted suiting manufacturer in the world announced the appointment of Mr. Deepak Khetrapal as the Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Khetrapal will be based in Mumbai and will take over all the responsibilities of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Bhandari, Group President, Raymond Ltd.
He has joined the Raymond Group in April 2007 as President – Corporate & Strategic Initiative.
Mr. Khetrapal has a Honors Degree in Business and Economics and is a MBA from the University of Delhi. With over 31 years of experience, Mr. Khetrapal started his career in the State Bank Of India.
He subsequently joined the Turner Morrison Group as Director Finance & Commercial and became the CEO of Steelage Ind. Ltd.
Mr. Khetrapal joined the Raymond Group from Gunnebo AB where he was the President for the Asia Pacific region based in Singapore.
