• SHRINK TREATMENT OF WOOL

We have trade-mark WOW for this process. Spectrum is shrink treating Wool Yarn…and then dyeing it too! We shrink treat the wool yarn not the wool fiber. Same result. Plus WOW enhances the softness of wool.

Until WOW, shrink treating was done only in fiber form and not in our hemisphere. Targeted markets for WOW are socks, military, performance and potentially all wool products, woven or knitted.
