Africa is being reinvented by an emerging new generation who refuse to be daunted by Africa's familiar litany of challenges and instead believe an exciting future beckons. The African Cotton and Textile Industries Federation (ACTIF) believes in this future and we're excited to support solutions that positively impact the social, environmental and economic wellbeing of this continent.

Together with Organic Exchange, we're hosting the 3rd Africa Regional Conference in Uganda from June 24-27.The organic fiber industry, both production and processing, is undergoing rapid growth across the continent and offers opportunities for partnership and prosperity for all players in these supply chains.

During this unique regional conference, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Hear the business case for organic cotton and learn from local and global brand strategies
- Network and connect with people involved in organic cotton production, supply chains, and local and export markets
- Understand how social development opportunities and issues are being addressed in organic cotton supply chains
- Learn how to integrate regional and international best management practices in organic agriculture
- Understand and address existing and emerging product integrity and certification requirements
- Transact business with regional suppliers at the Organic Cotton Marketplace

For more details on the program and registration please long on to Cotton Africa website.
