COTTI heralds Tex-Vision 2008 from May 7

Chamber of Textile Trade and Industry (COTTI), which promotes textile trade and business in the country, is all set to hold a mega textile fair entitled TexVision 2008, from tomorrow.

The Three day gala is scheduled to be held at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Eden Gardens, West Bengal.

In an exclusive interview with Fibre2fashion, Mr Santosh Kumar Kheria (Conveyor of Trade Fair) told, “Near about 63 textile units including Reliance, Digjam, Siyaram Silk, Anand Silk Mills, Rajasthan Spinning and Weaving Mills, and one of the companies from our neighbouring country, NAZ Bangladesh will be showcasing their products here.”

Further Mr Kheria stated, “The basic motto behind this expo, is to enhance and boost the business environment in India. We are expecting more than 10,000 foot falls to grace this exposition.”

Textile Products that will be displayed here are suitings, shirtings, sarees, dress materials, home-furnishing, ready made garments, accessories, yarn etc.
