INFDEX 2008, redefining home décor segment

The seventh International Furniture and Design Exhibition, Conference and Awards (INFDEX) 2008, is a perfect platform for showcasing latest furniture, lighting, fabrics, textiles and accessories. The trade fair that began yesterday will continue to draw visitors till May 21, at the Qatar International Exhibition Centre, Doha.
This year more than 100 domestic and international exhibitors from Pakistan, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, Taiwan, UAE, Bahrain, India, Kuwait, Malaysia and Sweden are participating here to display latest trends that will prevail in furniture segment this year.
Every year citizens eagerly wait to visit this annually held home décor expo, as it is considered the best way for finding out what's in and what's not.
Along with the exhibition, organizers are also holding conference on design, where in industry experts from different parts of the world will discuss issues such as 'Energy Aesthetic: Conservation through Interior Design' and 'Freedom through Technology in Design'.
Many international furniture manufacturers are even planning to open their stores in Middle East regions, as the market has lot of potential and consumers are ready to spend huge amount for adding style and glamour in their homes as well.
