European Commission clears Seal Sands site acquisition

INEOS Nitriles confirms that it has received unconditional clearance from the European Commission for the purchase of the Seal Sands site on Teesside (UK) from BASF plc, a subsidiary of the German chemical company BASF.
INEOS expects the acquisition to be completed within the next month.
