THINK PINK, the Italian casual wear brand, on 17th September, 2008 celebrated the brand's debut in China in a grand opening event at its flagship store in China Central Place, Beijing. The second half of 2008 marks a momentous milestone for THINK PINK.

The Beijing flagship store was launched here at China Central Place in July, inaugurating the brand's strategic expansion across China, with three more stores opening up in the capital city. “THINK PINK represents the passionate, amicable flavor of Italy,” said Mr Giancarlo Zanatta, President of Tecnica Group, THINK PINK's brand owner, during the event.

“We are most excited to introduce to Chinese consumers THINK PINK's refined fashion and the carefree Italian lifestyle it stands for. With Think Pink, we hope to bring the creativity, style and Italian design which represent the brand philosophy - “Free Thinking from Italy”.

The grand opening of THINK PINK was honorably supported by Mr Riccardo Sessa, Ambassador of Italy in China as Guest of Honor, Mr Antonino Laspina, Chief Representative of Italian Trade Commission, Mr Davide Cucino, President of China-Italy Chamber of Commerce as well as Ms Ming Li, Vice-president of Peking Guohua Property Managemant Co.Ltd and General Manager of Beijing CCP Commercial Management Co., Ltd. as Special Guests.

Other special guests include celebrities and former Olympics champion and now pop singer, Ms Xuan Liu as well as famed actor Mr Calvin Yu among others.

Over 200 guests, celebrities and media witnessed the grand opening ceremony followed by an exclusive fashion show on THINK PINK's Fall/Winter 08 collection. The preview featured dozens of men and female styles which reaffirms THINK PINK's “lifestyle” identity by offering innovative and original apparels serving the daily needs of trendsetters with no compromise in style or character.

For added convenience, THINK PINK's designers have implemented multiple concealed pockets into the gentlemen's jackets. And in women's wear, styles that give consideration to the bulkiness of winter wear, including the use of waist belts to enhance their appearance, are presented by models with charm and character.

THINK PINK embodies “Free Thinking from Italy” and offers products that incorporate both functional and fashionable elements. The seed of this distinct philosophy was sowed back in 1979.

THINK PINK encourages individuals to live the spirit of the young original creators in the contemporary urban style – to establish one's own style and relax in appreciation of nature while looking cool.Megawood Fashion Group (China) Co. Ltd. is the distributor of THINK PINK brand in the Great China Region.
