This sector has grown into an important economic factor which provided a living for more than a hundred thousand people. “Added to this is a fact that the second hand clothes enjoy a high degree of acceptance mostly in the rural areas and even among all social strata. This is probably due to low purchasing power, small proportion of people involved in textile clothing production and less custom duties”, informed the CEO.
