WestPoint Home will offer IZOD-branded sheets, bedding, bath towels and accessories, blankets and throws, down comforters, pillows and mattress pads to leading department and specialty stores in the U.S., its possessions and territories. Deliveries of this new offering are scheduled to begin in Spring 2010.

Dating back to the 1930s, the spirited IZOD brand is now licensed in 24 product categories to 20 companies in the U.S. and is distributed globally by six international licensees.

“We are continuously looking to build on the IZOD brand's strengths by partnering with leading manufacturers to bring the IZOD lifestyle to additional important product categories, and WestPoint Home is a key strategic player in the bed and bath arena,” said Allen Sirkin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Phillips-Van Heusen. “With close to 200 years in the home furnishings business, WestPoint Home has a thorough understanding of the market that will allow us to offer the kind of value, fashion and energy that we aim for in all the product categories that the IZOD brand offers.”
