MEGlobal, a major supplier of Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) has contracted its Asian Contract Price (ACP) at US $800 per metric ton (Asian main ports) for arrivals in October 2009.
This is a $40 per metric ton decrease in MEG ACP than those quoted for arrivals in the month of September. Earlier, for September arrivals, it had implemented a 100 per metric ton increase in MEG ACP, when compared with those in August.
Meanwhile Shell also has nominated its October ACP for MEG at $800 per metric ton, CFR Asia and represents a decline of $20 per metric ton from the August ACP, which stood at $820 per ton.
