A member of the Iranian Parliament has announced that a Turkish investor has agreed to entirely refurbish the Mazandaran Textile mill and revive it.
He said, as per the deal, not only will none of the workers be laid off, but also another 5,000 workforce will be added to the existing 1,000.
The textile goods produced by the textile mill will be sold in domestic markets as well as earmarked for exports.
He has welcomed the initiative and invited other investors from across the globe to invest in the textile companies of the country and assured full support.
Recently the Presidents of Iran and Turkey participated in the foundation laying ceremony of a textile factory in the Mazandaran province of Iran.
