Chinese textiles record higher negative export growth rate

From January to October this year, China's exports of clothing and accessories reached US $87.9 billion, down 10.9 percent year on year while exports of textile yarn and fabrics registered $48.39 billion, down 12.9 percent year on year.
Footwear exports realized $23.05 billion over the same period, down 6 percent year on year; exports of plastic products completed $11.48 billion, down 8.4 percent year on year; bag exports fetched $10.2 billion, down 10.2 percent year on year and toy exports scored $6.52 billion, down 11.3 percent year on year.
