GlobalTex welcomes more international resources

Market Center Management Company (MCMC), the management company of GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair, announced that the upcoming show will feature more high-end international resources than ever. With this increase, GlobalTex will offer buyers the largest selection of international resources available on the West Coast. The show will be held March 2-4, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) in West Hall, Hall A.

“Our continued goal is to offer an expanding number of high-end resources representing the best from around the world,” said Cindy Morris, COO, Market Center Management Company. “With 20 countries confirmed, showing key lines in a professional and easy -to-shop layout – the show is sure to be a success.”

The following countries are committed to show new resources at GlobalTex: Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.

A wide-range of high-end lines will be represented. Highlights include: Allen Yamith Moreno (Colombia), Appaloosa Art Studio/Graphics (United Kingdom), Bossa Shirting (Turkey), Debs Corporation (Japan), Gratacos (Spain), KBC (Germany) Naeem Enterprise (Pakistan), Pizval Srl (Italy), Solstiss/Bucol(France) and Tiss et Teint (Belgium).

GlobalTex is the first full-scale production and design trade show in the United States presenting the complete supply chain for fashion. GlobalTex features the latest fabric, trim, yarn, textile design, garment manufacturing including private label, and manufacturing technology. The show attracts leading designers, product developers, retailers, and wholesalers. In addition, the show offers helpful tailored networking services and practical seminars that support the global fashion and design industries.

GlobalTex show hours are Tuesday/Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Make plans now to participate in the next GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair: March 2-4, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
