Emmbi Polyarns buys 25% stake in Global Bag s.r.o.

Emmbi Polyarns Limited has acquired through purchase of shares, 25% stake in Global Bag s.r.o., Czech Republican Company, engaged in marketing of Agricultural Storage Equipments and Packaging from an Austrian company, Silagro Gmbh, a well known company in the same field, which was holding 50% stake in Global Bag prior to this transaction.
This will help Emmbi to distribute its products in the new geographical territories. Emmbi and Global Bag have entered into an exclusive arrangement for Marketing Emmbi's Product in the non english speaking East European countries viz Czech Republic , Slovakia and Poland. This initiative would help to boost the export footprint of the Company and open further opportunity in packaging requirements related to Agricultural field, which can be further marketed to existing customer base of the Company.
Necessary documents for acquisition of stake and exclusive marketing arrangement were executed by the Company's MD, Mr. Makrand Appalwar, in Znojmo in Czech Republic.
