Market Center Management Company (MCMC), the management company of GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair, announced the participation of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles (CCCT), the premier textile trade association in China. CCCT joins more than 20 countries participating in GlobalTex, the largest and most comprehensive international West Coast show.
CCCT will present five booths showcasing textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, home textiles, industrial textiles and accessories from September 28-30, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC), West Hall, Hall A.

CCCT, established in October 1988, is the leading national trade organization representing exporters and importers of textiles and clothing in China, with a membership of more than 11,000 companies. CCCT members, involved in the business of manufacturing, exporting and importing all kinds of textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, home textiles, industrial textiles and accessories, operate in 31 provinces and municipalities throughout the country. CCCT members cover a majority of Chinese traders, manufacturers and foreign-funded businesses in the textile and clothing industry, representing more than 70 percent of China's import and export trade in textile and clothing.
GlobalTex features the latest international advancements in fabric, trim, yarn, textile design and garment manufacturing including private label, and manufacturing technology. The show attracts leading designers, product developers, retailers, and wholesalers. In addition, the show offers helpful tailored networking services and practical seminars that support the global fashion and design industries.
