Rx Textiles, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of SPT Technology, Inc. The acquisition brings together two established and respected names to better serve their customers on a global basis.

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1977, SPT Technology is a manufacturer and distributor of orthotic and prosthetic supplies. The company produces and distributes polyvinyl alcohol sleeves, lamination resin, carbon braid as well as other miscellaneous lamination products.

Based in Monroe, North Carolina since 1985, Rx Textiles has specialized in developing and manufacturing products for a variety of medical needs. In the orthotics and prosthetics industry, Rx Textiles is known as a supplier of high-quality and innovative fabrics.
