Price of Nylon POY and DTY rose in Chinese domestic market by RMB 200 and was quoted at RMB 28200 / ton and RMB 31300 / ton, respectively. Price of Nylon FDY increased by RMB 600 to RMB 29700 / ton. Speculators expect price to remain firm in short term future.
Caprolactam offers in Chinese domestic market rose to RMB 23300 / ton with a gain of RMB 300. CPL in Chinese spot market sentiment declined to around $2800 / ton, while deals concluded around $2760-2775 / ton.
Nylon chip traded around RMB 25300 / ton in Chinese market. Offer price in Chinese market increased by RMB 100 / ton and was assessed in the range of RMB 25200-25300 / ton. In export market, price was around $2920-2925 / ton.
