Propylene prices up, ASF skids down

Propylene price hike was noticed in all the regions. In S E Asian market, propylene price increased by US$ 5/ton, and was assessed at 1200/ton. In Japan and Korea, propylene prices rushed forward by, US$ 5/ton to US$ 1240/ton and US$ 1250/ton respectively.
Stability was maintained in Asian Acrylonitrile market. Both in F E Asian and S E Asian market, ACN price was quoted in the range of US$ 2265/ton to US$ 2275/ton. In Chinese domestic market, ACN price hovered in the range of RMB 19300/ton to RMB 19400/ton.
In Chinese domestic market, Acrylic Staple Fibre prices skid down by RMB 200/ton and lingered at level of RMB 25100/ton whereas the price of Acrylic top remained firm at RMB 26000/ton.
