PX declines, ethylene trends rise

Paraxylene in S E Asian region declined marginally and hovered in the range of US$ 1380/ton to US$ 1385/ton. Korean market also noticed a similar slide, where price were marked around US$ 1375/ton. In Chinese market PX price hovered around US$ 1370/ton.
Asian PTA market was assessed in the range of US$ 1190/ton to US$ 1195/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1195/ton. In Chinese domestic market, price of PTA was in the range of RMB 9500/ton to RMB 9525/ton.
Ethylene prices increased throughout the global markets. In S E Asian market, prices were assessed in the range of US$ 1090/ton to US$ 1095/ton. F E Asian price was in the range of US$ 1155/ton to US$ 1160/ton. In European international and domestic markets prices increased to US$ 1205/ton and € 995/ton, respectively. U.S.A Ethylene market was in the range of 62.75 cents/pound to 63.25 cents/pound.
MEG prices were stable in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1075/ton to US$ 1080/ton. In Chinese markets, price of MEG was at US$ 1080/ton. In Chinese domestic market MEG price was in the range of RMB 8450/ton to RMB 8500/ton.
BGPET Chips prices remained stable in S E Asian region and hovered in the range of US$ 1490/ton to US$ 1500/ton. Price in Chinese domestic market moved in the range of RMB 11300/ton to RMB 11500/ton.
FGPET Chips prices in Chinese markets were observed in the range of US$ 1450/ton to US$ 1460/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed at the level of US$ 1480/ton.
