Ethylene & BGPET chips prices move up

Paraxylene price remained range bound in S E Asian region, and stood around US$ 1670/ton due to firm upstream. In F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1665/ton to US$ 1675/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1670/ton. In Chinese market, PX price stood in the range of US$ 1665/ton to US$ 1675/ton.

Asian PTA price was stable, in the range of US$ 1475/ton to US$ 1480/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1480/ton. In Indian market, PTA price was quoted around US$ 1485/ton and in Chinese market PTA was assessed around RMB 11550/ton to RMB 11650/ton.

Ethylene price increased in S E Asian market and was quoted in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1305/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1300/ton. In European international and domestic market, price was stable at US$ 1465/ton and € 1120/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market, ethylene was around 51.80 cents/pound.

MEG price remained stable in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1240/ton to US$ 1245/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG was in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton.

BGPET Chips price went up in S E Asian region. It was in the range of US$ 1840/ton to US$ 1845/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers was in the range of US$ 1840/ton to US$ 1855/ton for goods to be exported.

FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets were in the range of US$ 1775/ton to US$ 1790/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed in the range of US$ 1765/ton to US$ 1775/ton.
