PX & MEG stable, PTA & ethylene fall

Paraxylene price remained stable in S E Asian region, between US$ 1660/ton US$ 1665/ton. In F E Asian market price hovered in the range of US$ 1660/ton to US$ 1665/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1665/ton. In Chinese market, PX price stood around US$ 1665/ton.

Asian PTA price declined, in the range of US$ 1500/ton to US$ 1505/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1475/ton. In Indian market, PTA price was quoted around US$ 1505/ton. In Chinese market, price of PTA assessed down in the range of RMB 11500/ton to RMB 11550/ton.

Ethylene price declined marginally in S E Asian market and was assessed in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1295/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1300/ton. In European international and domestic market price was stable at US$ 1565/ton and € 1200/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market, ethylene was around 53.25 cents/pound to 53.95 cents/pound.

MEG price remained stable in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1245/ton to US$ 1250/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG was in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton.

BGPET Chips price remained stable in S E Asian region. It was in the range of US$ 1930/ton to US$ 1940/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers was in the range of US$ 1935/ton to US$ 1945/ton for goods to be exported.

FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets were in the range of US$ 1840/ton to US$ 1850/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed in the range of US$ 1850/ton to US$ 1845/ton.
