Energy saving with KRELUS IR-Heaters @ Techtextil

KRELUS AG will participate in Techtextil. Techtextil 2011, more international than the previous event in 2009: exhibitors from 50 countries have already registered to the International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens - more countries than ever before.
It will take place during May 24-26, three intensive days of the show with all the important topics and exhibitors from the technical textile market.
For more than 35 years, KRELUS AG is specialised in the supply of custom made Infrared heating solutions. With this long term experience for customer requirements, we are the most competent partner for custom made Infrared heaters for:
• Automotive
• Coating
• Embossing
• Laminating
• Thermoforming
• Pre-drying etc.
The superior KRELUS technology applies direct radiation from the heat source to the product. The special heater construction effectively blocks the heat 1055 to the reverse side of the heater. The fast medium-wave KRELUS-IR-heater allows operations with precise temperature control on product surfaces. Due to the very rapid reaction time of these IR¬heaters, they can be switched off even for short breaks or for production cycles.
The heaters have the optimised emission of the heat energy in the efficient real medium wave range (around 3 microns) - where almost all products have best absorption. The KRELUS-IR-heater is more efficient and superior in comparison to traditional infrared heaters which allows energy and cost savings.
KRELUS has now extended its range of made-to-measure IR infrared heaters with four standard models. Using identical technology, we are now able to supply the sizes 248 x 248 mm, 123 x 496 mm, 123 x 248 mm and 78 x 396 mm.
These four new modules allow individually controlled radiation zones to be easily constructed to any desired size. These new KRELUS-IR heaters are of course particularly suited for use in thermoforming equipment as well as continuous running lines to give accurate and consistent temperature profiles.
