Chinese exports to Latin America post rapid growth

From January to April this year, China's exports to Latin America reached US $4.64 billion, an increase of 62.3 percent year on year, representing the fastest increase among continents and also accounting for 6.8 percent of total exports.
Of which, China's exports to Brazil, Chile and Panama achieved an average growth of over 40 percent. Exports to Panama alone, recorded an increase of a stupendous 108 percent.
In the same period, the average growth of China's exports to Vietnam and Bangladesh was over 70 percent, according to customs statistics.
Vietnam's rank among China's export markets (individual countries) has rapidly risen to No. 6 from No. 10 last year, while, Bangladesh has moved from No. 18 to No. 13.
China's exports to Latin American market have maintained rapid growth since the beginning of the year.
