Ozone PB Spintex bags Star export house status

Ozone PB Spintex, a Gujarat based ISO 9001:2008 certified spinning unit, has recently received Star export house status from Government of India.
The company already has Organic as well as BCI certifications.
“We believe that right selection of raw material, fine-tuned process parameters, well trained workforce, highly educated supervisors and well-motivated management team is good enough to ensure best quality,” says Dharmendra Shah, managing director of Ozone PB.
When queried about future plans, Shah said, “We have our in-house ginning facility, and we plan to double the spinning capacity with forward integration in knitting. We are adding core-spun and dual core yarns to our existing portfolio of slub, compact, eli twist, TFO doubled, etc.”
With an objective to become a fully integrated textile plant, Ozone PB began commercial production in August 2014. Currently, the company produces around 450 metric tons of yarn per month. (RKS)
