Zhuhai Print-Rite New Materials Corporation Limited, a high- tech company focusing on researching digital ink for over 20 years, has now been listed on the Chinese National Equities Exchange And Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the 'new third board'. The company was officially listed on September 22 with the Dongguan Securities as the sponsored brokerage.

At the listing ceremony, Print-Rite board chairman Arnald Ho and other members of the board of directors rang the opening bell. This symbolises a new chapter in the company's history.

In his speech, Ho outlined the rapid development of the company from a R&D inkjet research team to a digital ink leader in China in two decades. As an inkjet ink solution provider, the company worked for providing digital ink and comprehensive printing solutions in desktop and industrial digital printing markets.

“From now on, we would make full use of the capital market and expand presence in both domestic and overseas markets in pursuit of becoming number one in China and to secure a place among top three enterprises worldwide in digital printing ink provider,” Ho said.

From expanding traditional office printing ink to industrial printing ink, Print-Rite New Materials has now become the top textile printing dye sublimation ink and reactive ink manufacturer. It has witnessed a dramatic increase and its sales have gone up by 46 per cent. In 2015, annual production reached 5,000 tons.

“In the future, we will continue to research and provide functional, environment-friendly materials, expand new industrial printing markets, and develop to be a solution provider to satisfy customers with prompt services and products,” Ho said. (RKS)
