X-Rite Incorporated and its subsidiary Pantone LLC will showcase a full range of colour management solutions at ITMA 2015 in hall 7, booth H 112.

X-Rite Pantone will display its suite of colour management systems that enables the textile industry to establish and match colour preferences, ensuring accuracy at each point in the manufacturing process.

As per a press release, X-Rite Pantone will demonstrate the power of its next generation benchtop sphere spectrophotometers, the Ci7800 and Ci7600 at the trade show.

These new spectrophotometers include features that reduce errors and improve productivity throughout the textile manufacturing process.

“Users can ensure excellent sample-to-sample colour measurement from raw materials all the way through to the delivery of a colour-perfect product,” it added.

In addition, X-Rite will highlight a range of solutions designed to ensure colour accuracy throughout the textile supply chain.

These include the SpectraLight QC, a holistic visual colour assessment system that combines state-of-the-art light sources with a data-driven back-end to ensure inter-instrument agreement across the supply chain.

“We will also show the Ci6x family of handheld spectrophotometers, the Ci60, Ci62, Ci64 & Ci64UV which are performance-driven solution for managing colour at any stage of production,” the company stated.

“They also give manufacturers a whole new level of confidence in their colour data, regardless of where or when the measurements are collected,” X-Rite observed.

Another instrument, the Capsure, is a handheld colour-matching tool that accurately measures colour on smooth, textured or patterned objects, making it ideal for the textile industry.

On the other hand, the ERX130 offers in-line reflectance measurement that eliminates costly production line errors.

In software solutions, the company will present the NetProfiler 3 enables the easy verification, optimisation and certification of colour measurement devices.

X-Rite informed that it has also updated the Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors Color System by adding 210 new colours, bringing the total to 2,310 colours.

New colours include spicy, deeper and more golden oranges; more intense blacks, sultry, elegant reds; and a variety of new shades in pinks and blues. (AR)
