Massumeh Farhad, Chief Curator & Curator of Islamic Art, Freer Gallery of Art/Arthur M. Sackler Gallery and Julian Raby, Director of the Freer and Sackler galleries-come together in conjunction with the exhibition "Style and Status: Imperial Costumes from Ottoman Turkey."
They discuss a range of insightful subjects, from silk production in the Ottoman court to the role of Ottoman fashion and costume in Italian opera.
