Yarn Co KSL Q3 net up 87%

KSL and Industries Ltd, on Friday registered a seven-fold jump in net profit at Rs 8.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 1.14 crore during the corresponding quarter in the previous fiscal.
The net sales increased 87.91 per cent to Rs 85.22 crore during the third quarter this fiscal as against Rs 45.35 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement.
KSL and Industries Ltd is engaged in the business of spinning of yarn, knitting of fabrics and making finished garments.
