Esquel has been using yammer since 2010. Not only does it address our communication needs, but also offers us rich team collaboration opportunities as well as constructive feedback and innovative ideas collected from people across the globe, helping us break barriers across cultures, geographies and hierarchies.
In addition to Yammer, Esquel has moved over 7,000 users to Microsoft’s Exchange Online in 2013 as part of the Office 365 deployment. By the end of 2014, we will also migrate to other platforms under Office 365 including SharePoint Online for knowledge management and Lync Online for web-based conferencing.
Through these technologies, we hope to enhance its real-time communications and agility, promoting staff collaboration and facilitate knowledge sharing, to attract and retain talent with a view to maintaining our industry leadership.
