Vertex Spinning forms JV with MIDC for Textile Zone

Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed BSE that the company has offered its Services to Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) for Textile Zone at Nardhana / Amaravati / near Mumbai by its letter dated April 18th 2006.
In response of their Letter MIDC has also eagerly interested for Joint Venture (JV) with the company by their letter dated April 24th 2006, Dpt. CEO of MIDC R M Naikhede informed and invited the company in the next week for detail discussion on the issue and furnish the brief of project for joint share with MIDC.
