Kroger to webcast annual meeting of shareholders on June 22

Retail grocery chain Kroger Co has announced it will webcast the annual meeting of shareholders beginning at 11 am (EDT) on Thursday, June 22nd 2006.
The meeting will be broadcast live over the Internet at http://www.thekrogerco.com/finance/financialinfo_investorconferencecalls.htm.
