Tommy Ball's owners Marilyn and Paul Rigby gave away school footwear to thirty children who got a rare chance to visit East Lancashire from Tanzania.
The children who seldom traveled out of Africa were shy at first when they entered the store and were later delighted and excited to the treatment of free shoes.
The Bethany Family children responded by showering thanks and singing traditional African songs for staff and customers, while the donors enjoyed the pleasure of giving away.
All these children who are either been orphaned, abandoned or abused are on a six week tour of East Lancashire.
